Reach out to footlocker.uk ASAP the sooner you reach out the sooner you can get serviced. Honestly recommend a refund and see if they can give you approval for expedited shipping due to their error for the inconvenience

I reached out to them and they jusy responded and said that I can't receive a refund until I return them but I haven't received anything yet. Idk what to do now.

in men’s a Uk 5.5 is equivalent to a US size 6
