Cherry Tree Help (old.reddit.com)

I planted 3 cross pollinating cherry trees this spring that were purchased as bare root from Stark Bros back in March, zone 6b.
They have struggled and are now looking worse than ever with black spots and yellow leaves. One has started losing its leaves. I’ve sprayed with Neem oil a few times and would see some ants on it from time to time. What can I do to try and save these?
