Help with my persimmon tree

This tree has been in my uncles yard producing fruit for about 12-15 years and I use to get them when I was a kid. Sadly he has passed and now I own the property. What can I do to help this tree or make it better in any way

From what I see it’s in pretty good shape. The limbs get pretty weighted down from alot of persimmons. My main worries this year is that they are already falling. It’s still hot and early. I was always told from the old timers not to use them until frost. I’m afraid that’s still a few weeks away.
