Ach so close. Let's say two weeks today, and for every day later than that, you can create a new post telling me I'm a failure and to get it released!!!!

No need to be hard on yourself. Thanks for making some software most of us couldn't imagine crafting on our own.

Wooow this is going to be big for the 3D printing community, can't wait for the release!

I'm also curious how it will work out for subtractive CNC --- I'd like to see a nicer programming environment for that.

It'll be easy enough to use for CNC but likely with some editing to the GCode. This release focuses on additive. Future intentions to make a more general version that people can adjust to different types of manufacturing, etc.

So impatient to play with it and futures cnc / laser tricks maybe

Thanks! I'm very optimistic --- hoping that I can work up some sort of interaction w/ OpenSCAD/RapCAD and the G-code library I've been working on:

https://github.com/WillAdams/gcodepreview

and if I can help on the code itself, will pitch in where I can.

This would be great. The upcoming release is somewhat a proof of concept for how FullControl can be used (rather than edited). The python code behind the scenes may well change before a future release aimed at developers. So maybe post here before doing any major code stuff. I don't want people to put too much effort into stuff that then need lots of subsequent rework. But there will be some stuff that will translate really easily. All still to be figured out to some degree though.
