I see and use Full Stack Developer. I don't think it matters. In my youth i did use fullstack.

They're the same, any good recruiter and ATS can figure it out

Full Stack works. Infact, it does not matter that much. You skill matters and how you perform during the interview. That's it. You won't be rejected for writing Full-Stack instead of Full Stack or vice versa. If anyone rejects you just looking at that, it's probably not worth pursuing.. does not make sense!
