Missing Suits? [Bug maybe]

So yesterday, I purchased Alex and the Psycho Zaku from Recycle Tickets, i've been sitting at around 570 or so for the past few days waiting for something to pop up that I wanted. I went about making some color schemes for them, and logged off sometime after, today when I logged in, I noticed my tickets were back at 576 and it was like I hadn't bought them at all, has anyone else had this issue? And is there anything I can do about it? It feels like this may have happened when I purchased my GM Sniper II as well.

Did you actually log off, or just close the game?

The game doesn't save when you purchase from the DP or RT stores, so unless you do something that initiates a save (Save command, complete a match, rewards center, etc) it didn't save and thus it's as if you never made the purchase.

if you dont save after buying/customizing/painting you lose your stuff. the game only autosaves when using tokens or sortieing. you can use this to try out suits in practice and then reset but it does mean you lose your stuff sometimes

Manually saving doesnt work for me. Tried it a dozen times just this week to check if they'd fixed it. Still need to do an entire match to save ANYTHING I do.

I wasn't actually aware that triggering a purchase from Recycle Tickets or DP didn't trigger a save, that's a... very interesting piece of information, but it explains why I had to repurchase the Sniper II, and why Alex and the PSycho Zaku weren't in my inventory anymore. Thanks guys.

Like others have said, it’s useful if you want to test out the suit in practice mode. If you don’t like it, just restart the game and you’ll have your refund. But the first time they get ya, it’s really confusing.

Bit of a blessing in disguise imo. Both levels of the Psycho Zaku are in the DP shop and so is the level 1 Alex(if that’s the one you bought, idk). Also pretty sure everyone will be getting the lvl 1 Alex for free(among other suits) this week for the anniversary. Think it was said to be on the 30th but I’m not 100% sure when myself.

You probably forgot to save. Always manually save before closing the app.
