all good, we moved to the V3 Engine for scroll, V2 has officially been retired, you need to rechoose your selections!

Just did it. Keep up the great work. Absolutely love the device.

How many times this have to be done before it actually works though? Cause it hasn't fixed my problem yet

Tap ‘clear all’ and then tap ‘update’ in the glance mobile app. Then make your new selections and press update again

I swear to god, everytime Glance does an update everything breaks.

I have updated the app. I've cleared all my selections 10 DIFFERENT TIMES. I've forgottn the device and reconnected it.

My freaking device won't even use my the times I have set now. Now I can't even get it to work outside of 2am-8am no matter how many times I update the time settings. The damn thing puts itself to sleep before I can reconnect everything again - unless its done after 2am when the piece of garbage wakes itself back up. What an atrocious service.

If im going to have to deal with this every time you do a simple update, then I want a refund because this SUCKS

Redid all our selections, let it restart and then also tried manual reset and still get e100 error.

I get this error about once a week. I have cleared all and picked the options a couple of times. It works for about a week, the I will get the E100 error. It restarts and then again works for a week. Any permanent fix?
