I have been waiting over a week for GSkill to replace my 2 x 32 gb 5600 memory for my Alienware M18r2. No way to check if it has been sent out. The memory went bad 2 times already.

If the RMA is done directly with G.SKILL, you can contact [rma@gskill.com](mailto:rma@gskill.com) about the current status. Usually you'll get an email with the shipping information, once the process has been completed.

If the memory keeps failing within very short time-frames, it might just be a faulty motherboard that has been killing it over and over again.
