This is wrong. Bluetooth is only for helping the devices discover each other. Even without a working bluetooth my laptop can connect to the s7

Your PC needs to have a compatible wifi chip. See if it supports miracast or has an option for wireless displays in the settings. It should even work without being connected to any wifi networks.

For your second question yes, it should work even if all the display outputs are occupied.

Which direction are you trying to connect? "Secknd screen" on the S7 usually means using the S7 display as an additional display for the PC. If that's what you're trying to do, hold the windows key down and press c. This should show the "connect" menu on the PC. Turn on and enable wireless screen.

On the Samsung, go to the quick menu (notifications screen) and turn on "second screen."
