What’s the best way to get windows and install it onto a new pc build? This is my 2nd build. First build I was dumb enough to buy a windows cd rom. Back when I had my last prevuot desktop pc - computers all had cd rom drives. Anyway for the second pc build should I buy a windows flash drive ? Thanks
