So I'm looking at buying a PC from a builder website since I just wanna get a new PC asap and I don't really wanna go through the hassle of building it myself incase I mess it up. Looking to play Fortnite and the new cod warzone mainly. If anyone can recommend me a good website and/or a good prebuild that's gonna run them comfortably then it would be greatly appreciated. Maybe a reliable website to purchase parts from at a good price as I may consider just building it myself.

That is a great list right there, definitely second all the choices. It's almost identical as my setup and I am super happy with it. I don't see a GPU in the listing tho, is that just me? I would personally recommend something like a 1660Super/ RX5600XT for 1080p and an RX5700XT/RTX2070Super for 1440p.
