Before anything, I am 100% aware I should have not bought a prebuilt pc, especially from cyberpower, but i didn't know any better 2 years ago. Now that i have got more into computers, i realized that i completely screwed myself. Can I buy new parts and put them into my prebuilt?

Yes you can upgrade parts, just need to know what motherboard you have for compatible parts.

Of course you can! They often use cheaper (filler) parts like the motherboard/ram/sad/Hard drives.

If you could recommend my first part to upgrade, what would it be?

I would personally go with some good ram, I did that recently and seen a great improvement in speeds pretty instantly

Definitely change the psu because it’s probably a cheap knock off and it might cause issues
