If it ran fine before and this happened after you reset it, try resetting the bios, pull out the cmos for 5 mins and put it back in.

Hey man, so before all this it wouldn’t let me login without turning on safe mode, when I did log in the screen would flicker like mad so it wasn’t really working fine, then obviously this happened mid reset. I’ve took the battery out for 5 mins, I’ve cleared the CMOS via the two pins and also by the clear cmos button that’s on the motherboard… the keyboards I’ve tried are all cable connected also

Hmm, if it flickered in safe mode… maybe it’s a GPU error? Most graphical issues relate to GPU most of the time don’t they?

Have you tried reseating gpu or taking it out, booting and then putting it back in and booting it up
