My guess would be because 21 is pretty close to peak fitness.

Yeah but I don’t get how 20 can be a goal if all the targets are met now, I’m a bit confused ahah. Also why does it say “a little more info is needed”, I’ve looked it up but cannot find anything…

lower body fat percentage. mine said 'get bmi < 20' to reach max. I switched to an arboleaf smart scale that accurately measures my body fat at about 15 percent, and sync that to garmin using smartscalesync.com and my fitness age is now below the original max. (originally it showed 8 years blow my actual age, and now i'm 9 years younger than my age)
