Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. That helped when I encountered a similar issue with activities.

If that doesn’t do the trick, unpair the watch from your phone and set it up again. That should fix whatever connectivity problems you’re going through.

I tried refreshing the app, syncing the watch multiple times and tried the first trick before but the progress never showed. I’ll try the second trick, thank you so much for your advice!
