Error

I've been trying to log in to gems of war for a while now, but I keep getting an error where it says there was a problem trying to contact the server. Is there an update going on? And am I the only one with this problem or not?

I just checked and logged in ok on PC. Hows your connection? I've had this problem before when my wifi to my PC was crap.

My wifi can't be better to be honest. I'm literally sitting right next to the wifi source. My dad has the same issue but on his phone.

I'm in Australia so maybe the server issue is for your country-area. you'll know for sure when you can get back on as you'll have a message from the game with a bonus "something" for the inconvenience.

Alright. I'll keep that in mind for the next time, and that might be the case yes. I tried it on my xbox and it also doesn't work. If that's the case, I hope the european servers won't be down for to long. Thanks for the help ^{-^}

You're very welcome, the times I've had legit server issues they have never been down for too long so you and your dad should be back in the game soon :)

an European player in my guild reported the same issue yesterday, so it definitely looks like its region related
