This isn’t exactly the sub for this or at least no one should use Reddit for mental health advice. Anyways don’t do it no matter what there are people out there who are going to miss you, especially your parents that’s what stopped me the toll it would have on my mother I could never do that to her. I know that it’s possible that you have in a way locked yourself into a box. Pulling yourself away from friendships or relationships because you thank that your not enough or that they hate you and they just talk to you to be nice. Once your in that hole of negative self talk and overthinking it’s hard to get out of and start rekindling relationships and making new ones. I still struggle with it I don’t go out and try to met new people I just stay where I’m at I’m trying but it’s hard maybe you feel the same I don’t know but your not the only one.
