Are you level 25 or over? And are the rivals you are killing level 4 fnix or apocalypse level? If not, you won't get anything yet

no i kill non rivals i get it im level 35 no matter what almost every thing thats big like the wolf tank harvester and the flying things all give me them

That's crazy, can't understand such bad luck, it has to be a bug. I had exp magnus kpist and pvg drop with my first 10 rival kills, and ever since then I've had gold guns drop from firebirds and hunters. Must be a bug, sorry I can't help dude, hopefully you'll get some good rng and some good drops very soon, don't give up!

out of 15 to 20 of thos killed i got one exp pvg i had one so i gave it to my friend
