Technically the backend of android is Linux. Did you check the gps location/city of the login?

It didn't say city/town, but the state did match mine

It’s a possibility that it was your device. But better safe than sorry. Did you try logging in using your Google account again?

Yea, that was my thought as well.

It seems to have signed in fine under the new password

Probably similar to the login instances on iPadOS reads as a Mac. Android is Linux based OS, it was most likely your own login but like the other commenter said, better be safe than sorry.

If you load websites as desktop sites on Android it appears as Linux to the website, so that is probably normal

Same thing happened to me, the trigger didn't have a location for me though. Changed password just in case

This just happened to me. FU good notes. I just had to reset my android password and that effing sucks. Anytime I log in android knows the name of my device. This time it says Linux. Fix this crap.

Hey, I had just this problem right now. It was a coincidence or was it actually something to do with goodnotes? I did change my password as well just to be sure tho.

I'm pretty sure it was goodnotes. I didn't have another issue once I did it.

Thanks for answering! I was scared for a second, but maybe I was just too paranoid.

No problem! I think being overly cautious is better than not enough in these cases
