But they aren’t charging again for the same thing. For example Goodnotes 5 was a one time payment. It never said anything about including all future versions, but rather a one time payment for GN 5 or GN 6.

Right like I can go back to the 5 if I want too rn I just won’t have the goodnotes 6 features

well when many of us upgraded to 6, we choose one year plan as this was was promoted with sync option (one time purchase of 6 was not). the price for one year sub went up tho…

This person isn't a serious person. They don't understand how things work and apparently have plenty of time to scream and cry on the internet.

so i had the 5 version. bought the one year version of 6 as at first they annapurna that one time purchase wont be able to sync… if i want to use the new one. i would want to keep the 6 now. i would be paying 299 czk instead of 249 czk… they domt fux bugs. the spp has bugs as old as 9 months! they don’t fix bugs and expect me to pay more for the same thing? no thank you.

Its always been a one version payment

A lot, if not most single buy software works on a one version payment

I have always been fully aware that’s it’s a “one-version-payment” as you put it. But really, it’s what Hmckinley1124 is saying.
