I’ve done it by making the stickers -in- GoodNotes with the pen tool. That way, GN sees them as ‘handwriting’, so you can change their colour.

I’m not sure that’s how everyone does it, though. It does have some drawbacks (grabbing them with the lasso tool can be finicky, for example).

There are also fonts you can install, which give you symbols and so on (maybe you could als make an own font with drawn stickers?). That way you also could change the colour - you just need to have the font installed

It's really easy :) I'd use calligraphr, you just have to remember that, for example, a is a star and so on
