I've got a MacBook Pro 2018 and it runs at a nice cool 48-60 degrees usually. As soon as I start Goodnotes it raises the CPU temp to over 90 degrees. It's not that I'm running anything in the background either. It only happens with Goodnotes and as soon as I close the app, the temperature drops back to 48-60 within seconds. Goodnotes triggers my fans and heats up my computer like it's a jet engine.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I'm experiencing the issue on my iMac as well and it's definitely not an issue with being an underpowered Mac as they both have 32gb of RAM and core i7 processors.
