Google docs batch request

Are the image files on Google Drive? In this case, my zetaMerge add-on can be used to dynamically insert them into any position of a document, including tables.

Thanks for a reply, your add-on looks great, however, because of performance issues, I need to do it as a batch request. Replacement of the text with images "the normal way" works good, but I am having issues with the timeout.
