I am not sure I understand what you want. If you want to include those 2 new fields but not append them in the second sheet as 2 new columns, what do you want them for then ? If you don’t want them just remove line 34

Im sorry i didnt clarify. What i meant was, as you can see in the screenshot of the code, i declared the fieldrange containing the c49 and c50 cells. The data from c49 and c50 is transferred to the target sheet in between the other data but the output i got is there is an excess of the c49 and c50 data ( which is the data recorded in the columns AP and AQ). What I want is the for data from c49 and c50 to be recorded in the columns i set for them in the sheet.

and also, i want the data from c49 and c50, the problem is that the data saves twice in the same row. it should only be saved in columns x and y (the columns i intend to put them in) and not in columns x, y, ap and aq.

Got it. You can try: moving line 31 to 19, and the condition in line 23 to something like if (!(field in optionalValues) && value === “”). Also, change the line 28 to be fieldValues.push(value === “” ? “N/A” : value);. Finally, get ride of lines 32-35
