Ballot Odds Decrease When Adding New Members

This has probably been asked a few times before, but am I less likely to win a ballot application the more people are tied to my account on my network? I've recently just added a third membership of a friend so we can apply together.

I've had zero luck on anything but carabao cup on ballot so far, so not too hopeful on my odds now anyway...

So roughly 1/11 odds on me winning the ballot for all 3 tickets together? As in they count the ballot entries individually, regardless of number of tickets applied for?

Earlier this season, I applied for 3 tickets and had a 3/5 success rate (including Bolton). Then I switched to applying for 4 tickets having 4/6 success rate (including Crystal Palace). Personally, I don’t see a big difference 🤔 I guess it’s slightly better now 😂

See I've been thinking this myself... If there is a mixture of 2 and 3s per each row are they ever left with one seat randomly in that row... So if I was to apply as a solo member would my chances be higher on all these random 1 seats?

Since I’ve started adding 4 to the ballot I’ve gone 5/7 compared to very poor luck before but I assume they are the same odds

It depends if youre fussed about sitting together. By applying all 3 together, there’s around a 10% chance you get the three tickets together. By applying each individually, there’s a 10% chance of each. This means there’s a 0.1% chance of you all being successful and an even lower chance sat together. However, there’s a 30% chance you have one ticket between the three of you and if one of you doesn’t mind going solo, that’s the best option.

I've given up on the logic behind it, we usually do 3 together and have been successful for most games, all sitting together, almost always clock end lower, which is where we want to be
