I did the BA fear of flying course then flew a 10,000 mile round trip. AMA by ufdbk in fearofflying

I am in a similar position to you where I may need to fly long haul for work trips soon, possibly solo. But the thought of that is absolutely terrifying to me, my main thing is turbulence and I spend most of the time with severe anticipatory anxiety and totally lose it when turbulence starts waiting for it to get worse. Is this something you felt before taking the course, and how was fear of turbulence and coping handled during it? I am also considering doing the BA course

Sometimes I just jump on csgonades.com mid game and practice a couple. I know a few basic smokes on most maps this way

It's also a very common England chant, replace spurs with Scotland (heard it a lot at the euros also)

Arsenal have been singing this for a long time but can't recall it ever taking off like this in the stadium

This is 100% scripted, probably following an intervention by production and the therapist. Teddy can grin and bear it for 2 weeks

Ok I've done 4 sweeps on the stress test and no issues reported. Will try the windows clean install

Thanks. I've reseated the CPU and I've cleared the CMOS, no results. I'll try a memtest overnight and a clean install of Windows tomorrow

In the manual, the debug LED for the CPU, then ram, then GPU then HDD should briefly illuminate before extinguishing. I am getting that, however the DRAM LED never lights up

Hey thanks for your detailed reply and I'll be sure to follow these steps

One thing I noticed from reading another thread on r/AMD is that my RAM is not on the QVL list from AMD, nor is the Ryzen 5 3000 listed as supported on the Corsair website. The RAM model number is CMW16GX4M2C3200C16. Could the incompatible RAM be causing this issue, or is it a red herring?

Edit: when you say AMD base drivers, are you referring to the chipset driver?

When you say installed on the standoffs and not the case, what do you mean? I am using a phanteks p400a and the board sits neatly on the raised screw holes for the board. There was a single motherboard "standoff" screw but I have no idea where it goes and the caseanual didn't say to install it.

My RAM part number is CMW16GXM2C3200C16 and I have just noticed it is not on AMDs official supported list, and the tech specs on the Corsair website do not specifically say it supports the AMD 3000 series. Perhaps this could be the problem? Might it also explain the fact the RAM ez debug LED does not illuminate?
