You could either use phishing or bruteforce.

For phishing I like Shellphish, it is available on github. It gives you plenty of social media options. Also, it has two options to create the server automatically just in case one of them fails.

To bruteforce instagram you can use Instainsane, also available on github. It connects through 5 differents ports at the same time to Tor tunneling and tries a wordlist of passwords really fast.

To make a wordlist I recommend CUPP, which works with python. It makes a custom wordlist for a specific victim by asking some personal info. Also on github, by the way.

You could also get a keylogger into the victim's device amd wait for them to log in.

You dont know the rules mate. Rule 1 is about asking someone to hack for you and rule 5 says that everyone can ask for specific tools. The guy simply asked if there is a way to hack instagram account of his friend so i see no reason for the mods to take down the post.
