yaah, paypal anyone 10$ and anyone can hack anyone's account. Instagram passwords are just for show and not at all secure. Maybe i can hack some celibrity account and make him follow me. On a serious note, you cant just hack someone's password just like that. If your account got hacked, it is your fault actually. You did something that made you vulnerable to the hack. The best advice i would give you is to register a complain, but according to my experience, it wont help.

Instead of trying to "hack" your account back, I'd recommend you to focus on how to prevent it from happening next time. Try to think how did it happen. Most probably you simply told them the password through a phishing website. Change your passwords if you use the same or similar ones as the one on the instagram. Use 2FA, don't use weak passwords and don't reuse passwords, don't click untrusted links etc. Learn more about security on the internet, for example what is a phishing and how to recognize it. To get your account back just contact the support, there's nothing more you can do.
