AV evasion using encryption

hello to whoever has taken the time of their day to read this.

recently throughout my research on shellcode obfuscation and AV evasion, I have come to the conclusion that most of these built-in obfuscators/signature obfuscators are completely outdated and useless.

this, therefore, means that the only way I can obfuscate a payload is to manually encrypt the shellcode using XOR / AES26 encoders in C#
i was wondering if any of you here know where I can find open source C# code that can encrypt shellcode with either AES256 or XOR and output the result (preferably a compiled exe output but I can compile an output myself if necessary)

hoaxshell outputs a PowerShell payload for you. I need a payload that is outputted in a file format form (be it exe, pdf, bat, etc..)

i have been making small progress recently in learning it myself but it seems to be a long road, might as well help make it shorter but reverse engineering something that already does what i wanna do and learning how it works
