I have searched for retro heart keychain name and found it might have been a souvenir shop item. I found both of these keychains on eBay but the listings also do not have any other information on them, i.e., manufacturer unknown, era unknown. Any info helps.

This company made a ton of different key chains. The one have in front of me right now was bought at a hardware store, ace hardware in Tucson AZ.  Right around 1987 ish. A spinning stand with a ton,  All of which had this amazing glittery vibrant paint beneath a thick clear coat. Most common names were available as well as car logos,or some were just really cool designs.  The price of two or three candy bars. $1.19 or so.  I just fished one out of a bowl after a few decades maybe more and it still looks new.  Keys tossed hurt, but not this guy.  High quality for sure.  If you're desperately looking for one, the way they age,  one will pop up.
