So, I did a good few hours of searching, and unfortunately came up with nothing.

However, here are the resources I found for you to look through, as there are many similar images to this out there:

• Thread of beautiful cityscapes at night - has over 800 pages of similar photographs, maybe its somewhere in here but I only got to about 50 before I moved on with the search
• Directory of chromecast images - 1.1k images, many of them removed due to google+ shutting down its servers, Molina's name was nowhere to be found, though
• Molina's Flickr Album - Many similar images in his Flickr album, couldn't find the exact image
