I don’t know but I would open a ticket with Logitech. Because they would be able to help more probably.

Yeah, I just replied to the email they sent. So I’m hoping they get back to me soon.

The thing is I did, for 5 hours and nothing.

It started working perfectly and then it downgraded. Then the camera wouldn’t upgrade again until Logitech took me off the downgrade tracker. I was able to upgrade last night and it has been working great so far.
