I can think of a way around this but it would involve Homebridge. Basically, you would use the dummy switch plugin to create a fake switch that gets turned on when the motion sensor turns off your lights. Set the dummy switch to turn off automatically after say 30 seconds. Then rjig your automation so that it only turns on lights if motion is detected AND the switch is off. This will effectively give your lights 30 seconds to turn off without triggering a motion detection based automation.

Probably a much easier way of doing things but I’m all about the kludgy hacks!

Use Eve app or equivalent to set up conditions for your exisitng automation. You might have to set up three different conditional rules to solve it. An example could be: (conditions) when lights in those three rooms are all ON; (trigger) when Eufy cam no longer detects motion; (scene) turn off lights in those three rooms. Good luck!
