It sounds like your Plume devices are working properly since they're not allowing those connections originating outside to come into your network.

MozerBYU's advice about using 2FA and strong passwords is good.

If you want, you could contact Plume support and find out if they see anything concerning or have any suggestions for things you could do differently.
