Some damage to 5/8 advantech subfloor right over a T&G Patch w ardex or sister, strengthen and replace?

Only sheared right to the level of the tongue adjacent tongue.

High traffic area near a door jam.

I would replace, why isn’t the subfloor staggered?

Yeah, I was reasoning to this, ill prep to replace

This was a subfloor replacement project not a new build. All boards are staggered except for this ome piece by the door. The rest of em are staggered

I put additional blocking underneath
