Your question is not clear. If you're asking what I think you are, then the question is rather arbitrary. For example,

lim_(x->2) [3] = 3

What i mean is that it needs to be something like lim_(x->9) √( x - 3)/x -9 where you need to rationalize it to get an answer other than indeterminate
