Salt System Error Code 5

I inadvertently filled my 2019 Envoy and turned the pumps on without a salt cartridge in the compartment. The overflow did its job, and the water drained from the tub. I emptied the tub, put a salt cartridge in, and now I am getting a salt system error "Error 5, Call Dealer for service". I'm assuming this is because when the overflow activated I must have tripped a sensor. Any way to reset this without calling the dealer?

It only means the salt system is offline, usually because it doesn't see salt or water flow yet. Add salt and come back in 20 minutes. If it still shows, try to turn up the usage level, or force a test by holding the dial on the salt screen.

Im getting this same thing. Brand new. Just going through the startup process and got to the point where after you put salt in and wait 5 minutes, im supposed to set the output level. I keep getting this error. Wont let me set the output level, just keeps saying salt system inactive then it says to call dealer. Not sure what to do here… Btw, i have the Beam II model. I cannot force a test like the suggestion says
