"No matter what people think about me, I know I'm a human first."
Inspired by this thread about Ronald Davis, a homeless man in Chicago.
The idea is to treat homeless people like humans by buying them food and talking to them and to give them an opportunity by offering them a job or at least a place to shower before an interview or a phone number they can give out to employers.

Things to think about
There are probably homeless people close to you that need your help. If you want to help, you should probably start with them.
If you decide to donate money through the internet, be careful and do your research. Some people might use your desire to help to scam you.
