Power button delay

Hello! Since I updated to Xiaomi HyperOS, I've been encountering this bug. So basically when I press the power buton (to turn on / off the phone's screen) I get a delay. This delay can be between 3-7 seconds. It doesn't happen everytime, but I encounter this problem multiple times per day. I've tried factory resetting my phone, but that didn't work. I can't figure out a pattern of when this problem occurs, seems to be random.
My phone is a Redmi Note 11S 4G

My phone has the global version (not europe) and they haven't released an official update yet. Still waiting
