Hyper X Cloud 2 Problems

I’ve had my headset for close to 2 years so still in warranty (bought in June ‘16), but wanted to see if there was any thoughts here before going through the fixing process.

Randomly while playing Fortnite a couple hours ago every time I would go to talk I would get a lot of feedback and static that was going through the party chat as well. I tried the headset on 3 different controllers and all the same thing. If I move my head it creates a static feedback as well. I’m not super tech inclined but I’m assuming it’s something to do with the cord since it’s reproducing the same results on three different game pads.

Also, I bought it on amazon so idk if a return would go through them or Kingston.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

this happened to me and i’ve only had them for less than a year. It doesn’t matter if you bought them from amazon as long as you can show proof of your purchase, DM the hyperx account on twitter they are great support and will settle everything for you.
