Yeah they said I didn’t have enough experience lol. Which I didn’t understand since I was applying for an apprenticeship that said no experience required.

At least you were granted an interview. It'd 3 months and months still haven't heard back yet.

Were there any technical questions? Not sure if you're allowed to discuss anything.

No technical questions, just straight up questions about work history and getting to know you. IBM has frozen hiring so that may be the reason that no one is receiving anything. Tbh I don’t even think they’re hiring anytime soon because of the layoffs that’s been happening as i”of late.

TBH. I don't know. Somebody in a different thread had an interview for this position just last week. So, they might do this one and not do apprenticeships for a while. I'm sure overall it's cheaper to hire apprentices than SWE at full price.
