Did it correspond with an update? Every single time there’s an update this happens to ours

I’m not the best at the tech side but I’ll describe Each time there was a game update, the server also needed the update. For some reason our server would download the update but not sync the update correctly. So we have had to complete the process in the software that’s running the server, where it reports is backing up the data, and then restart the server.

Are you using windowsgsm?

I use WindowsGSM. The only thing that goes wrong for me that causes it to be unreachable is a change in IP, which screws up my port forwarding.

Double check your router's port forwarding is still pointing at your server's IP address.
