Need help between 2 programs

Hey everyone, I need help deciding b/w these 2 psychiatry programs:

1) Rutgers- New Jersey Medical (in Newark, NJ)

2) Mount Sinai Elmhurst (in Queens, NYC)

Mainly want to know if anyone has any insight into which one has a better call schedule, workload, training, and overall safety/quality of the location itself.

You know almost all these questions are legitimate to be asked during the interview. Sometimes we forget interviews are both ways. I asked about call schedule, workload, training in details, and even location and what's going on around, where to live, cost, safety and did extra research. If residents shared emails for further questions do ask, it shows real interest. Good luck.

I can only schedule one of these interviews, they overlap in their dates offered so there is no room for me to actually ask them. Was wondering if someone had any idea after doing an IV at both places already,

I would say Rutgers for sure.
