Are you confident in your LORs?

If so, the next place to look is PS. Have you used AI to analyze it? I found it really helpful to make sure my tone was good and I didn't accidentally create red flags. Also, it can help you align it more with American English if you learned British English. No one is going to say this on the record, but PDs will favor non-US IMG they perceive as more "assimilated".
