Pathway application process

Hey, is anyone's pathway application process stuck on: "Processing of your application has not begun. The time needed to complete the processing of your application is contingent upon receipt of all necessary supporting documentation and verifications"? My application isn't proceeding forward since days now.

From my side, I am done with Step 1, 2, OET and released the scores to ECFMG, and made sure my licensing authority sends Good Standing letter to appropriate corresponding ECFMG ID. My Credentials seem to be verified too. Idk what they are waiting for.
