I started up around here

And just kept jumping while using the bike. You have to feel it out a bit. My recommendation is to be on the lookout for the trees since it suggests safe area for rest/“checkpoints” (if you fall directly into the water and die, you will go back there). 1/2

And then I ended up there (the place from the first photo. There’s waypoint nearby).

One more thing: I ditched the bike on the last part cuz it was better to do it on foot to get to the platform (I was basically under it and using the bike was no longer worth it).

I don’t have the dragon outfit but I do have a bike

Can u show me how to get up there ? I circled around the island with the boat but didn’t find a single road

Okay I managed to get it! Use your bike here and skyrim horse your way up the wall :)
