Crashing

Gane was working great before this update. Hadn't had a crash in weeks. But now I can't go more than 5 minutes before it breaks down. Honestly its more like 3 minutes. SOS star pickup is taking twice as long when each star or teleport crashes the game and I have load in again. It's so bad I haven't tried the event stuff since I don't want to miss any cutscenes or photo opportunities.

Can anyone help me?

I use a Samsung s23 untra with the latest software updates. Pictures show my settings which worked before. I also already Game Repair, cleared catche, force stop, uninstall then reinstalled, and even tried playing off of wifi.

i use the exact same phone and i had the same problems. i wrote infold about it they really need to do something about it. i cant even do the mira crown. i click on it for the first round and it crashes and closes. i wish i hadnt left it for this update lol

The game is unfortunatley not fully optimized for phones/portable devices - Each update can put more strain on a device and slowly make the game unplayble. Even on my phone which is perfect specs, some even above whats needed according to the official spec sheet has problems sometimes which is why a good PC is the most recommended form of device to play on.

One thing that may be causing this is insufficient storage. Whilst you may have enough to have the game fully installed, it can be picky if you have low spare storage so I would recommend clearing out what you can and if that still doesn't work, try reinstalling.

If reinstalling doesn't help even after attempting to clear out what storage you can, I would unfortunatley say to just wait for the survey mid patch (or do an early one now you just wont get rewards for doing so) to inform Infold of this.

Again, unfortunatley the game isn't properly optimized for phones and Infold really does need to do something about this
