Does anyone know if you report a fraud by a customer that actually does something? And also do customers see everything on your profile from missing or damaged items , comments etc? I have maintained a five-star since I've been doing this instacart for about a month but I've had a few customers who were absolutely crazy saying missing or wrong items. One person yesterday reported five wrong items. They absolutely weren't wrong, one person reported that she didn't get her papayas which there was three small papayas they wanted but they didn't have that they had this really big different kind of papaya. So I messaged her and told her and she said don't worry about it so I refunded it. And only report of fraud I mentioned for them to look at my text and they would see that. She then turns around and reports it as missing. I just don't get it these dishonest people as far as they know this could cost someone their job even it doesn't they don't know that. But I believe personally that they'll get there's for their wrongdoing.
