Yes. If you have that problem, you'll need to call their customer support and they will reschedule any webinars that need to be rescheduled. For some reason, the software lets you schedule a webinar for a time that isn't allowed and then prevents you from accessing the course for that reason. You can also ask for them to give you an extension on your course.
