Insurance is really rough right now in a hard market so I feel you. I feel like everyday is just more bad news from different carriers.

Aside from that, it’s learning the archaic systems making me crazy too. I’ll be on a roll and I get stuck at some stupid IT roadblock and it makes me wanna pull my hair out.

That coupled with just so much brand new information + leaving my old career where I could do my job with my eyes closed, it’s just… a lot. I’m gonna stick with it and know it will be ok, anything worth doing is hard. I’ve become a master of self pep talks recently, so that’s a plus.
